What we collect and why

• Newsletter: your email address, to send you occasional NEOWATT updates. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
• Enquiries: your email and message if you contact us, so we can reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding.
• Technical data: our hosting and font providers log standard data such as your IP address when you load a page. We do not use analytics, trackers, or cookies.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. It is processed on our behalf by Google (Google Workspace stores the newsletter list and sends our emails; Google Fonts serves this site's fonts) and GitHub (GitHub Pages hosts the site). They may process data outside the UK under UK adequacy regulations or standard data protection clauses.

How long we keep it

Your email stays on the newsletter list until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, object to how we use it, or unsubscribe at any time by emailing contact@neowatt.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
